Van is a Mulvane resident and a Mulvane High School graduate. He was student body president his senior year. He is currently active in community affairs for Mulvane Historical Society, secretary of the Mulvane Alumni committee and is chairperson for his class reunions.
With his background as an appraiser he has the expertise to establish fair market value for your property.
Van joined the appraisal staff at Jeff Lange Real Estate in December of 1994 and was department manager from 1997 to 2001. In September 2001 he obtained his real estate agent license.
Van is a team player with the attitude of "getting the job done" and will strive to give his clients logical input for their decision making in buying or selling their property.
