Jeff has been a full time real estate agent since first obtaining his real estate license. Originally specializing in farm and ranch land sales, he has developed expertise in all areas of real estate including: land sales, existing residential sales, property management, land development, new home sales, home construction, appraising, commercial sales and leasing.
Jeff's interest in all areas of real estate has benefited his customers in many ways. This diversity in knowledge provides answers to a lot of client questions and the ability to put difficult and complex transactions together and keep them together. Sellers benefit from insights about the attributes of their property that other agents overlook.
These diverse interests have also made Jeff Lange Real Estate a financially stable company, thus assuring the client that the company will always be there for them. This financial strength is the backbone of JLRE's Guaranteed Sale Program. The company can back up its sincerity and knowledge with a guaranteed sale commitment in writing.
Jeff has always been a team player. Partnering in several business entities, he has learned the strengths of working and sharing as a team. It is only natural that JLRE has grown to be a team oriented company - extremely unusual in the real estate industry today.
Jeff's family is extremely important to him. He married his wife Patti on August 8, 1975. Patti is a licensed real estate agent with the company, but her primary responsibility has been raising their family. Patti really enjoys watching the wildlife in our backyard, especially the deer, as our home backs up to a secluded country creek. Tiffani is a graduate student at Friends University, completing a Master of Arts and Christian Ministry degree there. Chelsi is going to Wichita State University and has one of the best seats in Koch Arena for the Shocker games since she is on the Shocker Dance Team. Rachel is a freshman at K-State and very involved in many activities there. Dance team and social activities seem to be her highlights. Stratton is a junior in high school and also involved in many activities, basketball and tennis being his favorites.
